Abstract: The objective of the research was to analyze the history and educational policy propositions of the Union of teaching professionals in the municipal network of São Luís [SINDEDUCAÇÃO], between the years 1972 and 1992, within the framework of a historical periodization that encompassed three distinct moments, but amalgamated and interspersed, namely: the duration of the civil-military dictatorship, the democratic transition and the duration of democracy in Brazil. From the point of view of its theoretical and methodological foundation, the choice of some assumptions that constituted the core of Marxist and Marxian production proved to be more adequate in the development of the present study, since they are authors that make it possible to critically interpret some aspects of the history of the associativism and unionism of workers in education and contemporary educational policies. The qualitative study, based on a wide bibliographical review, on diverse primary sources, such as semi-structured interviews, testimonials from teachers who worked in the union movement and taught in public schools, expanded with the location and analysis of photographs , newspapers, pamphlets, congressional theses and other documents that could collaborate with the general construct of the present study proposal concerned with the preservation of the teaching union memory in the field of the history of Brazilian education. This is because it seems to be significant to try to understand the social reality taking into account its contradictions and antagonisms, its moments of continuities and perspectives of ruptures, valuing the dimension of movement and totality that is found in the very essence of social life. The trajectory of SINDEDUCAÇÃO represents an important moment in the history of education, its experiences and actions required the need to forge and consolidate mechanisms for dialogue between those who aimed to achieve guarantees for the exercise of the teaching profession. Despite the offensives of the capitalist system to the union movement and the fragmentation tactics of the unions to attenuate its strength, they remain imperious in the defense of the establishment of dignified conditions of life and work, assuming responsibilities in the affirmation of freedom and democracy and, in the case of teacher unionism, not only seeking to defend the corporate claims of teachers, but, above all, fighting in defense of public education, free of charge, secular and of socially referenced quality as an inalienable right to exercise Brazilian citizenship.; l objetivo de la investigación fue analizar la historia y las propuestas de política educativa del Sindicato de profesionales de la enseñanza en la red municipal de São Luís [SINDEDUCAÇÃO], entre los años 1972 y 1992, en el marco de una periodización histórica que abarcó tres momentos distintos, pero amalgamados e intercalados, a saber: la duración de la dictadura cívico-militar, la transición democrática y la duración de la democracia en Brasil. Desde el punto de vista de su fundamentación teórica y metodológica, la elección de algunas premisas que constituyeron el núcleo de la producción marxista y marxista se mostró más adecuada en el desarrollo del presente estudio, ya que son autores que permiten interpretar críticamente algunos aspectos de la historia del asociativismo y sindicalismo de los trabajadores de la educación y las políticas educativas contemporáneas. El estudio cualitativo, basado en una amplia revisión bibliográfica, en fuentes primarias diversificadas, como entrevistas semiestructuradas, testimonios de docentes que trabajaron en el movimiento sindical y dieron clases en escuelas públicas, se amplió con la localización y análisis de fotografías, periódicos, folletos , tesis de congresos y otros documentos que puedan colaborar con el constructo general de la presente propuesta de estudio concerniente a la preservación de la memoria sindical docente en el campo de la historia de la educación brasileña. Esto porque parece significativo tratar de comprender la realidad social teniendo en cuenta sus contradicciones y antagonismos, sus momentos de continuidades y perspectivas de rupturas, valorando la dimensión de movimiento y totalidad que se encuentra en la esencia misma de la vida social. La trayectoria de SINDEDUCAÇÃO representa un momento importante en la historia de la educación, sus experiencias y acciones exigieron la necesidad de forjar y consolidar mecanismos de diálogo entre quienes tenían como objetivo lograr garantías para el ejercicio de la profesión docente. A pesar de las ofensivas del sistema capitalista al movimiento sindical y las tácticas de fragmentación de los sindicatos para atenuar su fuerza, éstos se mantienen imperiosos en la defensa del establecimiento de condiciones dignas de vida y trabajo, asumiendo responsabilidades en la afirmación de la libertad y la democracia. y, en el caso del sindicalismo docente, no sólo buscando defender las reivindicaciones corporativas de los docentes, sino, sobre todo, luchando en defensa de la educación pública, gratuita, laica y de calidad socialmente referenciada como derecho inalienable al ejercicio de la ciudadanía brasileña.

Abstract: Domestic and family violence (DFV) against women is still considered a taboo phenomenon for many individuals, which directly impacts the data collection cycle as the professionals involved often do not feel prepared and responsible for this data collection. In light of this, social media has been used by millions of people to share their everyday experiences, including accounts of violence experienced by victims. Given this perspective of an increasing amount of data available on social media, the vast quantity of information generated exceeds the processing capabilities of human beings. In this context, Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and topic modeling techniques can contribute to identifying patterns and semantic characteristics in reports published by female victims of DFV. This research aims to identify representative themes in reports from women victims of DFV and use them as tools to address this issue, although it recognizes the challenges in addressing all the nuances and complexities of this phenomenon. For this purpose, a methodology was developed to identify topics that emerge from spontaneously collected and unstructured data of reports from women victims of DFV on the YouTube platform. Three experiments were conducted employing the PCA, UMAP, K-means, and HDBSCAN algorithms. The experiment that combined the UMAP and HDBSCAN algorithms demonstrated the feasibility of using NLP to identify semantic patterns in the topics that emerged from the collected dataset. As a result, it was possible to identify 27 topics that demonstrate a better semantic representation for interpreting patterns in reports from female victims of DFV.

Abstract: The increasing use of comprehensive information systems demands that all types of information be available anywhere and anytime for effective functioning of organizations across their structures. In this scenario, the market for cloud-based enterprise application software has surpassed that of software installed on local and centralized computers. However, software microenterprises, which represent 48% of the Brazilian market, face financial constraints, lack of qualified personnel, resilience, and flexibility, making it difficult to correctly adopt new software architectures such as microservices in cloud computing. In this context, this study aimed to develop a guidance framework to support Brazilian software microenterprises in migrating information systems developed in monolithic architecture to microservices-based architecture in cloud computing. The study applied scientific methods such as systematic literature review and field research, using a questionnaire as an instrument. The main contributions of this study are the development of a guidance framework with directions extracted from the literature and selected through the application of the ABC Curve, and the validation of these directions by experts through the controlled Delphi survey method. By presenting the constraints faced by software microenterprises and providing practical guidance, it is expected that this framework will facilitate the adoption of microservices architecture in cloud computing by these companies, enabling them to evolve and adapt to market demands.

Abstract: Given the characteristics of the master's degree in library science, librarians can play an important role as an information manager in contemporary organizations, thus contributing to the creation and dissemination of knowledge. The aim of this dissertation was to identify, classify and evaluate the competencies of the librarian as an information and knowledge manager for the creation and dissemination of knowledge in organizations. In this qualitative and exploratory research, it was conducted a systematic literature review, documentary research, and field research with a committee of experts. The theoretical framework on librarian competencies was established based on the C.H.A.V.E, T-SHAPED, and Hard Skills/Soft Skills competency models. Documentary research protocol enabled identification of 55 technical and personal competencies required in job advertisements for librarians in the country. These competencies were segregated into primary, secondary, and additional, as indicated by 132 experts who responded the field research. The 15 competencies identified as priorities for the librarian to act as an information and knowledge manager were (in alphabetical order): adaptability, commitment, communication, creativity and innovation, emotional intelligence, ethics, interpersonal relationships, knowledge management techniques, learning, management, organization, proactivity, problem-solving, science and technology and teamwork. In addition, the 55 identified competencies were also classified according to the three competency models (C.H.A.V.E, T-SHAPED, and Hard Skills/Soft Skills). In conclusion, the competencies´ list indicates the possibility of the librarian's role as an information and knowledge manager in organizations, highlighting the importance of technical and personal skills for the efficient performance of this function.
