Abstract

The 1988 Federal Constitution carries a fundamental social right for workers, but that specific one in the face of automation. This fundamental precept has been pending regulation since the promulgation of the 1988 Charter. Therefore, it is important to understand the challenges that the State and companies face due to the new social, cultural and economic realities that arise due to technology, This is taking great strides and bringing many transformations, especially for workers. Faster and more profound than previous revolutions, the current Digital Revolution brings dilemmas to work relations that must be faced with legal technique, ethics and investments in the area of education, in the strict sense, which represents the instruction and development of human skills and abilities focused on technologies. The workers' achievements, history, bills in progress, and international and internal legal standards will be analyzed. The State and the company, in this research, will play a pacifying role in such an important current controversy.
